We offer free delivery (5 – 7 working days) on all orders in the UK excl Ireland

* Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same working day.
* Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

* All orders to Ireland will cost an additional charge of £9.95


We offer a guaranteed same day delivery for orders placed before 10pm for an additional £19.95

* Same day delivery applies only to all orders within the M25.



All delivery charges for items to anywhere in Europe will be charged at a standard rate of £14.95

We also offer express delivery to certain countries. This option will be shown to you once you have entered your address at checkout

Customs and Duty

The import duties or taxes are charged from your own customs office which you should pay when importing goods, this is not a payment to us, and all the taxes duties are buyer’s responsibility, we will not accept the responsibility for customs costs charged.

Some International shipments may take between a few days longer depending upon the customs regulations and third-party issues. We cannot be held responsible for any lengthy delays which occur due to customs regulations.



  • We accept returns within 14 days following the receipt of your delivery.
  • We will deduct the cost of delivery from the total refund amount if free shipping is selected.
  • Special offer products cannot be refunded.


Returns Instruction (Important):

  1. Email or use the contact us form to request a return.
  2. We will respond with information on where to send the return.
  3. Failure to email / contact us will result in a delay in processing your return payment.


Returned items must be unworn and sent back inside the original packaging, tags included. Any items returned to us without its original packaging or labels will incur a reduction of 30% of the refund.


Garment condition upon return:


Do not remove any tags or labels when trying on garments. Please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up which could mark or damage any items of clothing. Please refrain from wearing any perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on any garment.


Please note that we will be unable to accept any items back to us for a refund or exchange where these instructions have not been adhered to. Where you have returned item(s) and have not adhered to our Return Policy you will be charged a return postage fee to return the item(s) back to you. Items will only be held for a period of 14 days after which time they will be destroyed.


To return the items please complete the returns note provided and send it with your item. Please ensure you tick the refund box if you want a refund.


All items returned to Miss Abaya are done at your own expense, if you want to exchange, we will send out the new item at no extra cost.


When returning your items, we advise you to use a tracked delivery method as we cannot be responsible for any returns being lost. All customers should ensure you keep track of your own parcel to ensure it reaches us.


Once we receive your item, please allow us up to 14 days to process the refund. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Please note if you paid for same day delivery this is non-refundable. Please note that Miss Abaya will not refund any extra costs/taxes international customers may incur when returning items.


All returned items will be inspected fully by the returns department to check the condition of the item before any refund is issued. Any deductions made to the refund will be made aware to the customer prior to the refund being issued.
