Order and Delivery Questions

For UK Next Day Delivery at £6.99: Order before 12pm (Mon – Fri) for same-day dispatch. Expect tracked delivery within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays).

For UK Standard Delivery (Free for orders over £50): You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

For Europe Delivery at £14.99: Order before 12pm (Mon – Fri) for same-day dispatch. Expect delivery within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For Free Europe Delivery (Orders over £100): You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

For Rest of the World Delivery at £19.99: Order before 12pm (Mon – Fri) for same-day dispatch. Expect delivery within 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For Free Rest of the World Delivery (Orders over £200): You should receive your order within 7-14 working days.

Our fulfilment team works really quickly to get your orders picked and packed so we only have a short window where we can cancel an order before a postage label is created.

If you get in touch with us via email or live chat, we will do our best to ensure it is cancelled.

Yes! Any unworn items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Take a look at our Refund page and Terms and Conditions for more information.

Please note that any return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You will get a Royal Mail confirmation email once your order has been packaged. You will be able to view your tracking by following the link provided in the email.
