Step 1: Book Your Return Online
For the lowest return costs, we recommend purchasing a return label through Royal Mail:

Booking online is cheaper than going to the Post Office. You can also arrange a free home collection, where Royal Mail will bring the label for you—no need to print anything!

Small Parcel (Tracked 48) → £3.39
Medium Parcel (Tracked 48) → £6.65
Step 2: Choose Your Parcel Size
- Small Parcel (for 1-3 items) → Select 2kg
- Medium Parcel (for 3+ items) → Select 5kg
⚠️ If you’re returning items in the original MISSABAYA mailing bag, parcel size doesn’t matter—just follow the weight guide above.
Step 3: Select Tracked 48
Choose Tracked 48 this is the cheapest tracked option.
In the mobile number field, enter YOUR MOBILE NUMBER.
In the email field, enter YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
Step 4: Enter Our Return Address
Use the following details:

Step 5: Enter Your Address
- Fill in your own address details.
- Click “Are you able to print your label at home?” → Select “No”.
- Royal Mail will provide a QR code which you can show at the Post Office and they will print the label for you.
Step 6: Choose Drop-off or Collection
- After entering your address, a dropdown will appear.
- Select drop off at the Post Office or have it collected from your address on your chosen date.
Step 7: Pay and Complete Checkout
Once you’ve reviewed everything, make the payment and complete your return booking.
